What are Premium Templates?

Premium Templates are ready-made planning and productivity templates built in Notion and Google Sheets. Each template is designed around a specific task — weekly planning, family budgeting, meal planning, chore tracking, invoicing — so you get a working system without having to build one from scratch.

Do I need a paid Notion account to use Notion templates?

No. Notion's free plan is fully functional for personal use and supports up to five guests. All of our Notion templates work on the free plan. You do not need a Plus or Business subscription.

Do I need a paid Google account for Sheets templates?

No. A free Google account (Gmail) gives you full access to Google Sheets. Our Google Sheets templates work with any free Google account and are accessible on desktop and mobile via the Google Sheets app.

Which templates are available?

We are building templates across four areas: home & family (meal planners, chore charts, home management), scheduling (weekly and daily planners), money (budget trackers, bill trackers), and business ops (invoicing, accounts receivable). Browse the full list at getpremiumtemplates.com/#templates.

Using Your Template
How do I add a Notion template to my workspace?

After purchase you will receive a Notion template link. Open it in your browser, click Duplicate in the top-right corner, and choose your workspace. The template is copied to your account and is yours to edit. You only ever edit your copy — the original stays untouched.

How do I copy a Google Sheets template?

After purchase you will receive a link to the Google Sheets file. Open it, then go to File → Make a copy. Save it to your own Google Drive. You now have a personal copy to edit freely. The original template is view-only so it cannot be accidentally modified.

Can I share a template with my household or team?

Yes. Once you have duplicated or copied the template to your own account, you can share it with anyone. In Notion, use the Share button to invite guests (free plan supports up to five). In Google Sheets, use the Share button to give edit or view access to specific people or via a link.

Can I edit and customise the template?

Completely. Your copy is yours to edit however you like — rename sections, add or remove columns, change colours, restructure pages. Templates are a starting point, not a locked system. Most people customise them in the first week to fit their household or workflow.

Do templates work on mobile?

Yes. Notion has iOS and Android apps that give full access to your workspace. Google Sheets has a dedicated mobile app too. Both work well on phone for day-to-day use — checking tasks, adding to the grocery list, marking chores done. More complex editing is easier on desktop.

Waitlist & Launch
When are templates launching?

We are currently in the final stages of building and testing the template library. We have not announced a specific launch date yet. The best way to be notified is to join the waitlist — we will email you directly when templates are available.

How does the 50% waitlist discount work?

Anyone who joins the waitlist before launch gets 50% off the full price of any template at launch. When we launch, we will email the waitlist with a discount code before the store opens to the public. No action needed — just sign up and we will handle the rest.

Can I join the waitlist for a specific template?

Yes. Several of our blog guides include a specific waitlist form for that template — for example, the Notion Home Management Template or the Family Budget Spreadsheet. Signing up via those forms tags you for that template so we can let you know when it's specifically ready.

I signed up but haven't received a confirmation email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Our confirmation emails come from getpremiumtemplates.com. If you still cannot find it, send us a message with your email address and we will confirm you're on the list manually.

Billing & Refunds
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

One-time purchase. You pay once for a template and own it permanently — there are no monthly fees, renewal charges, or subscriptions. Any updates to a template you have purchased are included at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details. Additional payment methods will be confirmed at launch.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund on any template if it does not work as described or is not compatible with your setup. Because templates are digital products that are instantly accessible after purchase, refunds are not offered simply because you changed your mind. If you have a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it first.

Can I use a template for my clients or sell it on?

Each template licence is for personal use by one person or household. You may use it with your own family or team, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the template link publicly. For commercial or agency licences, get in touch.
